About Pamela Gayle White

A native of Pennsylvania, Pamela has been practicing meditation since the mid-80s when she began working as head gardener for a meditation center in Burgundy, France. Pamela continued to study and practice meditation in France, where she lived for many years. She has been teaching meditation and philosophy since the mid-2000s. In recent years she returned to the US where she trained as an interfaith chaplain. She has worked as a chaplain in hospitals and hospices in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Pamela is also a writer and translator, and is a contributing editor for Tricycle Magazine.
