The Mindworks virtual classroom is an easy and fun way to learn genuine meditation and fuel your path of transformation. All courses are accessible on our mobile app or on any browser on any device. The 9 levels of the Journey to Well-Being series are each 14-day modules, which take 20 to 30 minutes per day.
