The 4th Stage in your Journey to Compassion

In Level 4 of our Journey to Compassion we bridge the heart and mind by joining the wisdom of awareness practice with compassion meditation, specifically tonglen, the ancient practice of sending and receiving. A vision of unconditional compassion arises, unsullied by our me-first tendencies, and carrying a tremendous potential for awakening. Topics include:
