The 3rd Stage in Your Journey to Compassion

In Level 3: Lovingkindness, we dive more deeply into the practice of the Four Immeasurables. The four include lovingkindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity, which we learned in Level 2. We realize the deep satisfaction of focusing on the well-being of others, and naturally seek to expand our ability to be of benefit. This course’s topics include:
