A course for anyone who parents or works with kids
This 10-day course is for anyone who would like to develop insight into a child’s mind, and their own. Break free from behavioral patterns and better understand what is needed for the parent and the child, in any given moment. Guided meditations include Meditation for Teens, a body-based mindfulness practice for teens and mature younger children. Lessons include:
