This 10-day course is for those recovering from addiction, as well as professionals, family and friends supporting those in recovery. Mindfulness enhances awareness of our present moment experience. That can include painful memories that potentially trigger craving. With guided meditation, learn to apply forgiveness as means of protecting recovery. Topics in this level include:
