In Level 8: Slogans of Mind Training, we cover points 3 through 7 of the 7-point mind training system. Having trained in the preliminaries and the development of bodhicitta, the focus here is on remembering the dharma outside of meditation. The slogans help us meet life’s everyday challenges with gratitude, patience, joyful effort and stability.
